Angela SprungerI am happy to join the Center for Writing and the University of Minnesota. As the Administrative Coordinator for the Writing-Enriched Curriculum (WEC) Project, I support the project by documenting, tracking, and organizing the research data. I also perform general administrative duties related to coordinating departmental involvement in this project. I’m very excited by the WEC program-facilitated conversations in which departmental faculty members and students engage in questions concerned with what they conceive writing to be in their field, what they want students to know, and how they want to weave writing as learning more meaningfully into their curriculum. Prior to joining the Center for Writing, I worked for many years in the Twin Cities community as an artist and non-profit administrator. I continue to pursue painting, and I also enjoy running, cooking, sewing, and gardening.
